Ceterach tea, also known as "stone tea", is a beverage with a rich history and is famous for its healing properties such as, Urinary: It helps to treat kidney stones, cystitis and urinary tract infection. Diuretic: It has a diuretic effect and increases urine production. Digestive: It helps digestion and relieves bloating and indigestion. Respiratory: Helps to treat cough and bronchitis. Anti-inflammatory: It has anti-inflammatory properties.
Steep 1 tsp in hot water for 8–10 minutes. Once a day.
