Returns Policy

Your statutory right: 14 days

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason. We refund the price together with the original delivery cost, within 14 days of you telling us, using the same means of payment. Opening the packaging to inspect the product does not remove this right. The full procedure and the model withdrawal form are in our Terms of Sale.

Exception: sealed foods that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, for health-protection and hygiene reasons — nor can goods that expire rapidly, or blends made up specially to your order.

Defective or wrong products

If the product arrived defective, incorrect or damaged, we bear the return costs and the legal guarantee applies (for foods and herbs, up to the “best before” date on the packaging).

Return process

Contact us at agnusvita@protonmail.com before sending any item back. When returning, include the product in its original packaging along with your name, address, phone number, email, and order number, and state whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service — AgnusVita is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Where you withdraw, we refund within 14 days of you telling us of your decision, using the same means of payment you used and at no charge to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you supply proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.
