Our Workshop
A small artisanal workshop on Lesvos — follow our herbs from harvest to bottle
What We Do
We produce a curated line of high-quality, natural herbal products — collected from organic olive groves and hillsides — including single-herb tinctures, aromatic essences, and carefully crafted blends, all sourced from the heart of Lesvos and designed to support holistic well-being.
Why We Do It
To reconnect people with the potent healing power of nature, deeply rooted in the rich legacy of Lesvos and amplified by scientific understanding, all while honoring the natural rhythms of the Aegean landscape.
How We Do It
We ethically wild-harvest a diverse array of indigenous herbs in the Lesvos inland, following the natural cycles of the seasons. Combining generations of local knowledge with rigorous scientific research, we employ gentle extraction methods — pure steam distillation in stainless steel — to create potent and pure organic essences and tinctures that capture the full therapeutic potential of each plant.
In the workshop, today
November — Autumn fruit. Drying now: Hawthorn berry.
The herb year
Twelve months and three cuts. Every row is a plant we cut by hand, with the hours that go into one kilo of it dried — which is why it costs what it costs.

Hawthorn, twice a year
Leaf and flower come off the bushes at the end of May and become tea. Four months later, at the end of September, we go back to the same bushes for the berries, and those become tincture. One plant, two harvests four months apart, two different things to drink — and the second is the scarcer of the two.
Other seasons
Nature stirs on Lesvos. The first herbs push through the soil, wild flowers open, and we prepare our tools for the season ahead.
Herbal teasThe peak of the year. Herbs are gathered in the sun, when they hold the greatest amount of active compounds — chamomile, sage, oregano, St. John's wort. Drying racks fill the workshop.
Herbal teasThe harvest is dried and ready. The still runs, tinctures rest in the dark, and herb oils begin their slow olive-oil extraction.
TincturesThe workshop rests and the shelves are full. Our whole range is ready — bottled, labelled, and waiting for you.
