Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

The seller is AGNUSVITA IKE (“we”), established in Mesagros, Lesvos, Greece. VAT no. 801614765, Tax Office of Mytilene, GEMI 160170542000. Email: agnusvita@protonmail.com. We handle every complaint or query about your order at that address, within 1–2 business days.

2. What we sell

We sell herbs, infusions, tinctures, herb oils and essential oils. Edible products are sold as foods — they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Essential oils are for external use only; the route of use of each herb oil is stated on its product page. Each product page shows the mandatory food information (ingredients, allergens, net quantity, storage) before you complete your order.

Tinctures and alcohol: tinctures contain alcohol. We do not sell them to anyone under 18, and they are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take prescribed medication, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using herbal preparations.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery costs are calculated and shown separately before you complete your order, and the total charge appears in the order summary. We accept card payment, SEPA bank transfer, and cash on delivery for Greek addresses. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store card details.

4. The contract

Pressing “Order with obligation to pay” places a binding order. The contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email, which includes your order details, these terms and the withdrawal form on a durable medium. If we cannot fulfil an order — because a harvest has run out, for instance — we cancel it and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We ship within Greece via ACS Courier and to the rest of the European Union via ACS EU Economy. Times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. In all cases we deliver within 30 days at the latest from the conclusion of the contract. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of the parcel.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you nominate, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise it, tell us by an unambiguous statement at agnusvita@protonmail.com or by post to our address. You may use the model form in section 7, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send your statement before the deadline expires.

Effects: we reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the original delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We refund using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning them. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed foods which were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons, to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to blends made up specially to your order. Where this exception applies it is stated on the product page. For everything else, opening the packaging to inspect the product does not remove your right.

7. Model withdrawal form

To AGNUSVITA IKE, Mesagros, Lesvos, Greece — agnusvita@protonmail.com I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: Order number: Ordered on / received on: Name of consumer: Address of consumer: Date: Signature (only if this form is sent on paper):

8. Legal guarantee

We are liable under law for any lack of conformity which exists at delivery and becomes apparent within two years. If a product arrives defective, incorrect or damaged in transit, contact us: you are entitled to repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or rescission. In those cases we bear the return costs. Foods and herbs contain no preservatives, so for them our liability runs to the “best before” date printed on the packaging, not to the two years.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

Come to us first — most things are settled with one email. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or the General Secretariat for Trade and Consumer Protection (helpline 1520). We are not committed to any particular alternative dispute resolution body, but we do take part in proceedings brought before the Consumer Ombudsman.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
